One of our favorite services of the year. This is a laid-back, family-focused service with all the fun of Christmas Eve. Kids are involved in the service, we'll light candles, sing carols and share a holy moment together.
This year we have two unique family experiences:
5:30pm In-person Family Candlelight | outside at LiveOak Church
this is a 45 minute socially distanced service with carols & candle lighting
kids are included in telling the nativity story (bring a costume if you have one)
bring your own lawn chairs & wear a mask
there is no childcare available at this service
7:00pm Online Family Candlelight | liveoak.online.church
this is a 30 minute service designed specifically as a unique digital experience
created for the whole family (with kids in mind)
we will tell the Christmas story & sing favorite carols
have a candle ready, we'll light them for our closing song
