the Parenting Workshop | Fall 2017

Sundays Oct 1 – Nov 12, 2017 | 4-6pm

Join other imperfect parents as we work together to figure out what it means to raise children who thrive in life and faith.

Rather than using one parenting program, system or method, this course will explore best practices for 7 crucial parenting topics referencing many different sources for each (i.e. Love and Logic, Boundaries, 5 Love Languages, the Blessing, etc.) The workshop format includes an introduction to the concept, time for discussion and questions and then the space to work out what implementation might look like for your own family. Each week is a self-contained study so you will still be able to fully engage even if you can’t make all 7 weeks. Childcare is available, and our youth ministry program (grades 6-12) will be going on simultaneously.

$15 per family (individual or for a couple)

$30 childcare per child for the whole 7 week course

* Scholarships are available - please don't let cost keep you from attending.

Pastor Caz Minter will lead this workshop.
